LionWAP Photo Album This section describes how the Webmaster develops and uses the Photo Album that is a part of their LionWAP web page.

To send email to a group/list you will need to setup a mailing list. Mailing Lists allow you to setup a single email address that when email is sent to this address it will be automatically forwarded to a group of email addresses that you specify when creating the list. To create a mailing list, visit Settings -> Forwards, Autorespond, Lists -> Mailing Lists. To prevent spamming of your mailing list, consider creating a secret key or enabling the 'Private Mailing List' feature.

Go to your Account page. In the section for Mail Options, click on Send Group Email. You will then need to first create a group where your message will be sent. Select the names of the relatives you want included in your group. Once your group has been created, you can send them a group email through the same page.

To send anonymous email from your own email program, send email to:Username@PositiveSingles.com. If you want to use another email address of yours, change it first at My Account after login. To reply to email from other PositiveSingles.com users: just hit "reply" at your email account! When you reply to a Username@PositiveSingles.com, your real email address will be removed. Is there an issue with Internet Partners refusing email from certain servers?? I have a few people who can not email me. In most cases where people are have problems sending you email the senders email server is configured incorrectly, and it can serve as a security risk to everyone on the internet. Problems sending and receiving mail are rarely related. See FAQ Questions 1 and 2 for information on how to track down each end of the problem. If the problem affects one particular service, then it's possible that there is a communications block between that service and AOL. It isn't possible to send to more than 100 recipients at one time using Web Mail, by design. There are email groups that have been created to make it easier to share information with a large number of people with a single message. When there is global information that will affect everybody in the district (such as systems down time) or everybody in one of the colleges (such as Special Events, or School Closings), these messages will be sent to global email groups. Only Email Administrators are allowed to send messages to these groups.
