Double-check that you've edited the Series Labels while creating your graph. It sounds like you may be using some type of custom fonts setting. The weather application will only support "Small Fonts" (Normal size @ 96dpi) or "Large Fonts" (125% normal size @ 120dpi), no custom settings in between.
