To ensure proper adhesion, be sure you prep your natural nails before applying the acrylic. Nails must be clean, dry and free of any lotions or oils. The cuticles must be clean and pushed back. Laying the acrylic on your skin will cause lifting. Lightly buffing the shine from your natural nail will also help adhesion. Be sure the acrylic is completely dry before applying any lotions.
