Yes. The meter pulse relay can be used for any pulse-initiating meter until other Eka Systems’ products become available. The meter pulse relay will easily adapt to gas and steam meters. We expect our gas submeters to become available in Spring 2003, and our water submeters to become available in Fall 2003. These components, when available will fully integrate into our network.

Vent free gas logs produce one quart of water per hour on high. You can crack the damper to let it out the chimney. Most houses like the additional water, but it can become a problem in very well insulated houses. A de-humidifier will take care of it (needed less than 1% of the time). The hood is used if the mantle is too close and could overheat. Most of the time it is needed if the mantle is closer than 28" to the firebox opening. It also matters how far out the mantle extends.

We fix sinks and hobs to the granite worktops, but you should ask a suitably qualified plumber and gas fitter to connect the water and gas. We are not able to include this service.
