A11. The number of reviews depends on when the member submitted the PTS request. The timeframe for review of PTS requests is once a month between 12 and six months prior to the member's EAOS. For example, if a PTS request was submitted 12 months prior to the member's EAOS, they have potentially six possible review opportunities, unless they are approved on the first review. If a member submitted a PTS request with 7 months left on his EAOS, then she/he has one review opportunity.
