UPS allows customers to ship internationally when they have the required export documentation for each package. When export documentation is required, UPS Internet Shipping allows exporters the option of completing certain paperwork online. For international shipments, start your online process for each package as you would with any shipment. When information you've entered indicates an international shipment, additional details will be required (e.g., telephone numbers and contact names).

We ship via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). The carrier we choose depends on your location and the weight of the item being shipped. We reserve the right to choose the delivery carrier. All packages shipped include a tracking number including a delivery confirmation number for USPS shipments.

As mentioned in the previous paragraph, we sometimes have product shipped directly to our customers from manufacturer's warehouses. Sometimes, they are only setup to ship via one specific carrier, and must use that carrier instead of the one you specified. Starting in December 2003, we have implemented FedEx has a standard shipping carrier. As such, your packages may be sent via either UPSor FedEx.

No, we cannot ship products using your own or alternate shipping accounts. We can only ship via UPS (United Parcel Service).

International Airmail packages do not have an ID or tracking number. If you select International Airmail as your shipping method, your package will be delivered to you by your local postal service. The International Airmail service is provided by Deutsche Post who picks up the packages from our warehouse, processes the packages and puts them directly into the postal service of your country. The shipping times to International addresses via Airmail can vary greatly.

(Tape around the rim of the can both seals the can, and is an industry-standard "flag" that the can contains exposed, undeveloped film.)
