It is very easy to clean a Pre-finished hardwood floor. Simply dust mop, sweep, or vacuum (vacuum should have rubber wheels so not to scratch the floor). Most flooring dealers also sell cleaning kits, which come with a mop as well as an approved cleaner. Our timber folding sliding doors are manufactured from triple-laminated solid timber sections. These sections have been stabilised at stress points and bonded back together with opposing grains, creating added strength whilst preventing warping and twisting. The erected frame is typically enclosed with structural insulated panels (SIPS). Drywall or plasterboard is hung on the frame and then the panels are attached over the drywall to the exterior of the frame. No you can not, unless of cause you first install a layer of black polythene with taped joints using moisture resistant tape to the total floor area prior to installing underlay. After the application of ‘Foamed Vermitex’ natural ventilation should be allowed (forced ventilation will expedite the process). The amount of wood removed will depend upon the number of papers (different grits) the sanding machine operator uses and the manner in which he moves the machine.
