I use a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get.) editor can you fix that code?

Code-Fixers.com FAQ
Yes we can. Keep in mind that the code generated by most WYSIWYG editors is really bloated. By that we mean that those editors usually place a bunch of code in your file that is unnecessary. Don't ask us why we don't know. The results of that create a couple of issues. For you your file becomes a lot larger than you really need. This costs you in bandwidth. Remember every time someone opens up your site in their browser they download your entire file. Unnecessary code and all.

Darkhugh's Den Video Game Reviews Index
Your editor's the customer, he's never wrong. If he makes you look wrong on paper, it stinks, sure. You have to weigh your relationship and consider that any criticism could alter things. If he gets facts wrong, however, it's important to speak up-- politely. If you get your facts wrong (like saying, for example, that GoldenEye has no multiplayer support), you're probably out of a job.

Sometimes when I load images, the shape is distorted. What's wrong?

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
WinImages is an aspect-correct program. It reads the DPI (dots-per-inch) settings from an image file and uses them to set the ratio of width to height for display. Some programs do not set these values in the image file correctly, and as a result, the image will appear distorted. The solution is to select "Change Image Info" from the menus and edit the DPI setting. If you want the change to be permanent, you'll need to re-save the image.

When I upload into the message editor using Xmodem, Waffle locks up! What's wrong?

news.answers/waffle-faq
Waffle has a problem with Xmodem uploads into the internal editor. Xmodem pads the incoming file with ^Z (or 0x00, if the original file ended with a ^Z) to the next 128-byte boundary. This gives Waffle indigestion, and tends to make it lock up when a user uploads a message and tries to immediately save it. A workaround is available. XSTRIP wraps around your Xmodem receive protocol driver. It spawns the driver to receive the file, and then strips the Xmodem padding off the end.
