We distribute invoices on the first week of each month for the following month’s services. As a result, the invoice that you recently received is for next month's services. Payment for this invoice is due by the first day of the month in which the services are being supplied. For example, on December 1 we mailed invoices for January Internet services. Payment for this invoice is due on or before January 1.

The duration of the QT-interval is a measure of the time required for depolarization and repolarization to occur. In long QT syndrome, the duration of repolarization is longer than normal. Thus, the QT-interval is prolonged. An interval above 440 milliseconds (msec) is considered prolonged. QT-prolongation in is due to overload of myocardial cells with positively charged ions during ventricular repolarization.

The term "corrected" QT-interval may be misunderstood. It does not mean the measured QT-interval is incorrect, but adjusted for heart rate. The reason is that the QT interval is affected by the heart rate. QTc in concept is best compared to the Body Mass Index (BMI).

In interval training, you alternate between bursts of higher-intensity exercise and periods of less-intense exercise (or "active rest"). As you get more fit, you decrease the "rest" time and increase the high-intensity periods. You'll see big fitness gains if you train this way regularly. For example, if you now run for 30 minutes at 6 mph, try this routine: Jog for five minutes to warm up. Then, increase your speed to 6.5 mph for one to two minutes (less if you can't go that long).

Interval timing is a revolution in the way ChronTrol handles timing. It used to be, years ago, that ChronTrol programs could only be set on a time-of-day basis. This meant you had to specify the exact time that you wanted your circuiits to turn on and off, which is okay in most cases because, after all, you know that the lights should be on from 8 in the morning until 5 at night. But it's not so great if you want to run something for a length of time.
