Several mailboxes are included free with each account, depending on the particular account you subscribe to. You can have any number of mailboxes for a small additional monthly fee. Also, each mailbox can have any number of e-mail addresses, or aliases.

POP3 mail boxes allow you to separate out your email into different departments or people. We can provide an unlimited number of POP3 mail boxes for each Domain that we host. You can access a POP3 mail box using all the standard email programs (e.g. Outlook, Netscape, Eudora).

If your Post Office supports hierarchical mailboxes (as is the case with the central staff and student IMAP servers), you can nest mailboxes. For example, you could create an Archive mailbox containing additional mailboxes in order to save older messages. To create a mailbox within an existing one, highlight the name of the containing mailbox then, from the Mailboxes menu choose Create.

The mail is placed in the student boxes starting at 1:00 p.m. The delivery is finished between 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The only times that we may not be finished delivering mail (including magazines and newspapers) is when the "start of semester" volume is at its high or at the beginning or end of a semester when student labor shortages occur. Even on those days, mail is always in the students’ mailbox by noon the following day after receipt of the mail.

You can import mailboxes created by Eudora on Mac OS or Win32 into Mulberry. Currently this procedure has to be done by hand, but at a later date Cyrusoft will provide mailbox import/export plugins to automate this. IMPORTANT The procedure described below suggests copying the mailboxes during the import process. You should make sure you copy the original Eudora mailboxes rather than moving them, just in case some problem occurs and you need to go back to the originals.
