The show is primarily shot in two clusters of New Jersey towns, separated by the "I-80 parallel". A lot of the locations for "Ed" are in small towns within 30 miles of the show's Northvale headquarters; these include Oradell, Bergenfield, Hillsdale, Westwood, Glen Rock and Ridgewood. Some scenes from early episodes, use Nyack, New York, a town just north of the N.J.-N.Y. border. Farther south along the Garden State Parkway are some larger towns that are used - Westfield, Montclair and Nutley.

Season 1 of Monk was shot in Toronto, while Seasons 2-4 were shot in Los Angeles. There are also occasional but very infrequent location shoots, including in San Francisco, where the series is set.

Shooting switched between the famous Cinecitta studios just outside Rome and the town of Matera, in southern Italy. Matera is famous for an ancient district with caves, streets, and houses similar to Jerusalem at the time of Jesus. The film is produced by Icon Productions, and distributed by New Market Films.

Lost and Delirious was filmed on location in Montreal and at Bishop's University, Canada, but that doesn't mean that it is a university in the film. They just used the location and transformed it into a boarding house and high-school so the three girls are still in high school. RHPS was filmed in England primarily on a sound stage and in an old "castle" (which was the site for over 200 horror films, and has since been restored into a hotel). Yes, in 2002 we filmed the Ex Manchester United goalkeeper, Roy Carroll’s (now with West Ham) wedding in Cheshire. We have also filmed a section of the new Asda TV advert, still to be shown.

Degrassi is filmed in Toronto, Canada. It is produced by Epitome Pictures Inc. in conjunction with our Canadian broadcaster, CTV. The website, degrassi.tv, is also produced in Toronto by Epitome Pictures and QuickPlay Media. The show is mainly filmed in the Epitome Pictures studios, a former warehouse that has been converted to look like a real school. The studio also houses the interiors of some of the characters' homes, and a mall food-court area.

Most of the exterior was filmed in New Zealand. However, the compound of Katsumoto is an actual Temple in Japan that was built in 966. The scenes that took place in "Tokyo" were filmed on the backlot of Warner Bros. where an elaborate set had been constructed.

The set of Ramsay Street is in reality a residential cul-de-sac called Pin Oak Court in the suburb of Vermont, Melbourne. Interior scenes for Neighbours are filmed in Studio B of the Global Television Complex in Nunawading - another suburb in Melbourne. The set of the Lassiter's Hotel and its shops, as well as the road that houses Grease Monkeys and the garage, are also located here.

The studio location is known only to those involved in the production. We get supporters and fans who somehow "find out" where the studio is located and drive a great distance in the hopes of touring the sets, meeting the actors and watching the filming. An episode of New Voyages requires a very tight shooting schedule. If we were to accommodate everyone who wanted to visit, the episode being filmed would never be completed.
