Since silicone prostheses are available in many different sizes, the choice of the new volume depends only on the size of the thorax. Thus the surgery can be planned to make the breasts in better proportion with the rest of the body, thereby enhancing the patient’s overall figure shape.

A Any lactation tissue in your breasts will enlarge during pregnancy, which enlarges your breasts, possibly to about the size they were before your surgery. This can be worrisome to women who do not want to go back to their previous size. Keep in mind, though, that it is pregnancy and not lactation that increases breast size, so without surgery your breasts would still enlarge during pregnancy, becoming even larger than they are now. And they will enlarge whether you breastfeed or not.

middot; A: Capsular contracture is an excessive tightening of the natural fibrous capsule (i.e. scar tissue) around the implant, causing the breast to feel hard to palpation. This problem occurs in some patients, requiring removal of the implants through the same incisions that had been made for their insertion. In the case of inflatable implants, some leakage may occur in a small number of cases, requiring their revision.

Breasts are composed of both fat and glandular breast tissue, and the relative amounts vary from woman to woman. For example, some women will have larger breasts even if they have lower bodyfat, and other women will have relatively smaller breasts at any level of bodyfat. So, while losing bodyfat is a pretty reliable way to shrink your breasts, genetics will determine just how much you lose.

Tuberous breasts (sometimes improperly referred to as "tubular" breasts) are named for the resemblance to a tuberous plant root. The breast looks like a tube. They are characterized by a constriction at the base of the breast, as if someone had pulled a drawstring around the bottom of the breast. This is a developmental "deformity" of varying severity.

No. Breastfeeding does not change breast size and shape. Some women find that their breasts get smaller and sag or droop after birth. This is true whether you choose to breastfeed or bottle-feed. Breasts with implants under the muscle sag less because the muscle helps to support the implants. Breasts with implants on top of the muscle don't have that support so they tend to sag more. Yes. If you assume that some day you will have another surgery just because of the implants, you won't be disappointed when it happens. It may be to go bigger, switch to silicone, shift one, replace a ruptured implant, or maybe a new implant becomes available that is better and more natural.

A - We usually carry only one size for a given ring. You can see the size of the ring in the item descriptions. Most of the rings can be resized. You can also place a custom order for most of the rings in your size. Custom orders may take upto 8 weeks to process.

A All rooms are the same size; they measure approximately 16' x 12'. Each person has a lofted bed with a full desk top underneath, along with two three drawer pedestals and a two position chair.
