The only drawback I have found (if you can call it that) is that the water tends to wear away the wafer a lot quicker than normal and so I have to change my bag more frequently but apart from that - no problems! Of course, I can't wear a bikini (but you wouldn't want to see me in one anyway) but one piece suits are fine.
