When your baby's condition permits we encourage you to take photos. Some parents even leave a one-time use camera at the bedside so that we can catch milestones as they happen. For example: tubes out, face uncovered, weights, smiles, etc. The staff will take a photo of each baby when admitted to keep at baby's bedside.

Depending on the length of song(s) you've selected, the number of photos that you could put inside your video varies. As each slide requires roughly 6 seconds, a simple calculation formula will be divide the total duration of your song (in secs) by 6 seconds. You direct the video footage. Tell your Tandem Master exactly how you want your video shot: lots of close-ups, lots of scenery, or a mix of both. Everything can be recorded from exit until landing. Your Tandem Master can document your complete jump experience with a High-Definition Digital Video camera with a huge wide-angle lens. The camera is strapped to the Tandem Master's wrist for simple control. That way the camera is with you during the complete jump.

Believe it or not, this is actually the most frequently asked question. Upon planning, (if you’ve chosen a package that includes photos) you will give us those photos for scanning into our computer. Once that is completed, the photos are returned to you. Most of our clients trust that we will take very good care of their photos, and typically pick them up when picking up their finished video product.

Choose pictures that are candid and show character. If they are hard to see in still format, they will be harder in a video. Mix it up between close ups and group photos. Think about the recipients and who they would like included! Do not worry about red eye or even scratched photos, we have optional restoration features that can enhance and correct images. Horizontal (landscape) shots are best. TV screens where the video will run need to crop vertical (portrait) images to fit the screen.

We will make every attempt to get your photos and video to you prior to your leaving Cancun. If you are leaving early the next morning after your wedding, then we will DHL the photos and negatives to you for a charge of $25 each package. The videographer who will jump with you has both a stills camera and a video camera attached to his or her helmet, so it is a package.

You can upload your photos by saving them in Jpeg format not exceeding 2MB each in size. You can give multiple photos before; during and after the treatment, also you can upload your videos on the site and give password for the physician to download.

The use of videos, cameras, tape recorders and cell phones is strictly prohibited within the Show venue. Should any of these devices be used in the Show venue our Front of House staff will confiscate them for the duration of the Show and delete any footage you may have taken. They will be returned to you after the Show. Mobile phones must be turned off within the Show venue.
