How does this promotion/demotion thing work anyway?
bitGAMER :: FAQUsers who have downloaded more than 1 GB, and have maintained a ratio below .30 & for 1 week (7 days) will be warned to correct their ratio. They wll be able to leech only 2 torrents. After 2 weeks (14 days) they will be automatically demoted to Leecher and limited to 1 torrent. Leechers will have 2 weeks to increase their ratio or their account will be deleted. Leechers are also disabled when they have downloaded more than 20GB.
