The Infant, Toddler, Full-Time Preschool, and School-age Programs open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 5:30 p.m. and operate all year, closing only for designated ISU office holidays. The Flex-care Preschool Program opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m. and is open during ISU's fall and spring semesters. The Flex-care Program is closed during all ISU student breaks. The Morning-Only Preschool is open from 8:30 to 12:30. It is also closed during all ISU student breaks.

The Festival runs from 11 AM to 11 PM each day of the Festival, Saturday through Monday, but gates close for entry at 10 PM.

Lake Accotink Park as well as all other parks close at dark with the exception of lighted facilities. If you are inquiring about a particular facility within a park, like a recreation center, you may call them directly.

After hours, a nurse practitioner and/or physician is available for telephone consultation through the answering service when appropriate. Syracuse University Ambulance and Medical Transportation Services are available to provide professional emergency care and medical transportation to area hospitals if needed.

The Children’s Institute opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 5:30p.m. Monday –Friday. Upon arrival and departure the parent/guardian must sign their child in and out as a safety measure for the child. Anyone who is picking up a child and is unfamiliar to a staff member MUST show identification before the child can be released. Anyone who does not provide identification will be turned away (this includes parents who are unfamiliar to us).

The Center opens at 7:45 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m. Upon arrival the parent/guardian must sign the Parent/Child sign-up sheet stating who will pick up the child that day and at what time. Failure to do this will require a staff member to estimate the departure time. Not only is it important that you sign-in and out for monetary purposes, but it is a safety measure for the kids. Keep In Mind: If the University cancels classes due to inclement weather, the center will be closed.

All signals are updated at 12 midnight GMT, and the signals are closed as advised- either a profit target or stop loss will be hit, or at midnight GMT you may be advised to close a position.

No. We recommend thru-hikers begin in mid to late June because higher areas may still retain deep snowfields. We also recommend starting the Trail no later than early September in order to finish before snow becomes plentiful. August storms at higher elevations can include lightning, hail and snow. Be advised, it can snow (and has) at any time during the summer months. We do not recommend attempting a thru-hike in the winter as the CT is not marked for winter travel.

Weather permitting, the gate to Rampart Reservoir should be open by mid May each year. You can, however, in the meantime hike to Rampart Reservoir from the Rainbow Gulch Trailhead. The 1.4-mile trail will take you to the Rampart Reservoir inlet and to some potentially good fishing. Keep in mind that the campgrounds won't be open until the end of May, again weather permitting. The gate usually closes in November after the first major snowfall.
