They are exposed to a higher population. Dogs can transmit a bevy of diseases. We require all pets to be vaccinated for rabies and distemper combo (DA2PV). Dogs are required to be vaccinated for bordetella.

No, while some dogs like the wind in their face, the danger to the animal is quite apparent. Dirt, foreign objects (like bugs) and dust can blow into the animals eyes causing temporary or permanent damage to the eyes. Of course there is always the danger that the animal may leap out of the back of a moving vehicle and sustain injury upon impact with the ground. Also, if the animal jumps out into traffic, it may be hit by another moving vehicle.

Yes, you're welcome to pick-up your equipment the day before your scheduled pick-up date as long as it's after 2:00 p.m. During holiday seasons, early pick-up is dependent upon availability.

Our drop off time is 7:30 am on Mondays and 8:00 am Tuesday through Thursday. Pets are to be picked back up at 7:30 am the next day, Friday pick ups are at 8:30am. This gives us time to release the animals that have had surgery the day before, then clean and disinfect the kennels. This way, the pets arriving for that day's surgeries will have a freshly cleaned and sanitized bed to sleep in during their stay. We do require that all animals be checked in by the appropriate time.

Tired - The dogs get a ton of exercise and excitement running up and down their runs with the other dogs next to them or when someone new comes in or leaves. They get a playtime a day where it is just their time for attention and activity. They can hang out all day with their Plays Pals if you sign up for it. We can restrict activity say for a heeling leg injury, as well. Smelly - Even at the cleanest kennel or vet dogs sometimes step in their stools and urine when excited.

You must send in a written note to the classroom teacher on the morning of the day explaining the change. The teacher, in turn, will advise the office. For an early release, you or your designee, must come to the office to sign out and pick up your child. STUDENTS MAY NOT BE SIGNED-OUT EARLY AFTER 3:10 PM!!! We ask that you avoid scheduling appointments during school hours, as this causes a disruption to the teacher's schedule, and causes your child to lose valuable instructional time.

Yes – If you are picking up your vehicle from either our Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York or Orlando rental depots. For a surcharge per party we can offer you what we call a PAD (Priority AM Departure) transfer. This means that you would be picked up from one of our PAD designated hotels between 7:15am and 8am, and you would be guaranteed a departure ready motor home by 11am.(see quotation for details)

Campers are encouraged to arrive within 15 minutes of the camp start time so that everyone will have an opportunity to enjoy all of the day’s activities. It is especially important for campers to be on-time since we review the camp rules, make announcements and discuss the day’s activities at the start of the day. Campers who arrive at all different times throughout the morning may interrupt or delay activities.

We've found that dogs who are new to raw feeding and are fed recreational bones can ingest pieces of bone that are too big for their stomachs to pass through their systems. Sometimes pieces of bones stay undigested and dogs will vomit them up with some yellow bile in the early morning hours. This is normal and will subside the longer he chews these bigger bones.

A 1/2" collar for a new puppy is a great way to introduce the concept of wearing a collar. Hours of operation are 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Arrangements can be made to pick up or drop off between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM. No worries, we will be happy to have your dog stay the night. You will be charged for boarding, but as long as you pick him up before 10am the next day, you will NOT get charged for another day of daycare.

Our kennel is kept clean and disinfected. It is unlikely that your dog will pick up an odor unless you have a dirty dog. A dirty dog is a dog who will run through his feces immediately after he defecates. When we are aware that a dog is a "dirty dog" we will do our best to keep him clean; however, should a dirty dog stink up the kennel we will bathe it at the owner's expense. YES. All For Doggies is not a walking service. We are an exercising service. Please make sure that your dog has done all of his/her business (#1 and #2) before we arrive in the morning. Your dog will sleep . . . a lot. All of the playtime coupled with the natural stress that is induced in a boarding situation will make your dog extremely tired.

Pick-up times are offered in a first-in, first out fashion, but many times our clients choose to drop their dogs off on the way to work and pick them up on the way home; this means many times clients arriving in the middle of the morning still have the opportunity for the first pick-up slot. We strive to work with your schedule, so should you require a special pick-up time, please let us know when you schedule your appointment. No! That is the beauty of our facility and mindset.

Citizen Canine is open 7 days a week. Your dog can arrive for check in anytime between 7 am and 7pm on the day your reservation begins. Dogs can checkout between 7 am and 10 am (no charge for that day), between 10 am and 7 pm (day care charge for that day), and between 7pm and 9pm (day care charge plus after hours check out).

If you know you will need to get your camper early, please let the camp division leader or camp director know. We will make sure we have your camper ready to go in Worsham Arena when you need them picked up. If it is an emergency or an unexpected early pick up, just come into Worsham Arena and one of the camp directors or counselors will assist you in signing your child out and getting them from their immediate activity.

Yes, it is called the "chill zone". You must sign up in advance for this service. The cost is $5 / hour. Early drop off is before 8:30 and as early as 7:00am. There must be a minimum of three campers in order for us to have a morning chill zone. When camp end at 4pm, there is a 15 minute grace period for sign-out. After 15 minutes, your child will automatically register for our afternoon chill zone.
