You have two major options—find a publisher or be your own publisher. Each choice has its advantages and disadvantages. Soldiers: Heroes of World War II is my personal favorite, simply because that game is notorious for being insanely difficult. The goal is to enjoy the act of writing, not to churn out a bestselling novel on the first attempt. And, believe me, you’ll find that writing is like anything else—once you make a hobby of it, you can’t help but get better and better.

I haven’t written a novel, and I don’t have an idea for one, but you seem really cool, so maybe we could get together and have coffee! I am not cool. In person, I am incredibly boring. My conversational topics are almost entirely limited to reality television, and how I don’t like old people. I rarely manage to look even a tenth as good as I do in my author photo.
