What is the status of the Wailea 670 project?
Maui Meadows Real Estate & FAQ’sWailea 670, renamed Honua’ula (Red Earth), which has been in the works since the 1980’s has proposed a new plan for the 670 acres directly south of Maui Meadows and hopes to seek a county hearing late this summer. The plan calls for 1400 residential units (both single family and condominium) a golf course, 80,000 square feet of commercial space, parks bicycle/walking paths and a clubhouse/spa.
