I only see a grey box or red cross in my browser. What could be wrong?

Since this facility uses Java, your browser must be Java-capable and Java must be enabled. For Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, pick Internet Options, and choose the Advanced tab. Depending on the version there may be an option to Enable the Java VM which must be on. Note that this is not the same as JavaScript. You may need to install the Java VM, particularly if you are using Windows XP. To do this, go to the Java download site and follow the instructions.
