You will need to contact the Department of Motor Vehicles at 1-877-368-5463 to find out why your license has been suspended. You may have an outstanding traffic fine owed and must clear this up before your license can be reinstated.

The courts do not suspend or reinstate driver's licenses. That is done by the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Send the following items to the Driver License Bureau, P.O. Box 200, Jefferson City, MO 65105-0200 before your suspension/revocation period ends. Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program (SATOP) completion form or a comparable program completion form. The Respondent must show that all loss caused by the act or omission for which the license was suspended has been fully satisfied. If you have met your reinstatement requirements and are otherwise eligible, you can get your driver license back 90 days from the starting date of your suspension. You must fill out a new producer license application and fulfill all the examination requirements.There is a $100 fee for a producer license. If your license has terminated due to nonrenewal within the past 12 months, you may late renew your license. See "How do I renew my license?" If your business entity producer license is terminated, you must request reinstatement by filing a new application and $100 fee. Insurance does not accept personal checks.
