Your SIM card contacts will be automatically downloaded to your Personal Address Book when you use the SIM Phone Book Backup service. Any edits on the SIM card entries in your Personal Address Book will also send the updates to your SIM Phone Book Backup. In fact you can also change a non-SIM contact to SIM entry (up to maximum of 250 SIM entries) to have it uploaded to the SIM Phone Book Backup.

The Outlook Address Book is a property assigned to a source of contact information. The Contacts folder used in Outlook is automatically assigned as an OAB, you cannot change this.
