If you are outside of the U.S., you can call collect 813-570-4888 from your home phone within 2 months of receiving your new card. If it has been longer than 2 months since you received your VISA debit or VISA credit card, contact FBFCU during business hours to find out how to activate your card.

In compliance with the USA PATRIOT Act* and other laws, you must be a U.S. resident over 18 with a valid social security number and a verifiable physical address (no P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses) to open an account and order a card. You must provide us with this information, along with other information pertinent to opening your account to order a card. The card has no limits on the amount of money you can spend at a merchant at one time, except to the available balance on your card. Cash back and ATM withdrawals are limited to a total of $500 per day, or your available balance, whichever is less.

No. But, sometimes a merchant will make a mistake and accept your Visa Prepaid Card even though you didn't have enough value on it.
