HASA is governed by six elected members; President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Head of Referees, and Head of Coaches. The Executive Committee officer terms are one year in length and are voted into office by the HASA membership at the annual organizational meeting.(top) YES! HASA is also a volunteer organization so all donations go directly to offset players costs, nets, field fees, and other operating expenses.

HASA is the Howell Area Soccer Association. HASA is an all volunteer, self funded, non-profit organization that promotes youth soccer in the Howell/Livingston county area. Players from any geographical area are welcome to become members of HASA teams.

The first step in becoming a member of a HASA team is to fill out and submit a registration form with the appropriate fee during the registration period. For Recreational teams, teams are filled on a first come, first served basis making it important to register as early as possible. For Select and Premier teams, along with registering, players must participate in a tryout.
