Providing that stocks are available, delivery takes 5 - 10 working days using our standard service, however we cannot guarantee delivery dates as all couriers state that you should allow up to 28 days for mail order deliveries unless next working day services are purchased. Yes! Cartoons are ALWAYS optional (even when the posted model for an item is displayed with cartoons.) We charge a small fee of 60 cents per cartoon persons as their customization requires a little extra work. This is a one time fee is per cartoon characters and separate from the price of stationery items. This means that you can purchase several different types of stationery items within the same order, but you are only charged once for the customized cartoons you order.
