Answer: The beauty of Florida is we can nearly fish 365 days a year if the weather were to cooperate. Basically, there are fish everywhere year round. Some are here every day (redfish and sea trout) and there are some who are generally here when it’s warmer (snook, tarpon, etc). Every month is great each just brings something a little different.

It really depends on what you want to fish for but if your like most folks its Marlin. A good rule of thumb is the hotter it is the better the fishing will be. Warm water is what they're looking for. Generally speaking no. The problem that arises with a full moon is it sometimes effects the live bait availability. The chuhuilla and caballitos tend to swim a little deeper making them harder to catch. However, a full moon also brings out the Dorado so there is a slight advantage there.

The 'dry' season from April to October seems to be generally considered preferable, at least as far as weather is concerned.

Although you can get a tattoo any time of the year, your skin gets a lot more abuse during the summer with swimming, tanning and just being exposed to the elements more. Winter time is really the best season to get a tattoo.

Fishing in Costa Rica is great all year round, many believe it has a lot to do with the different phases of the moon. As far as the weather, Costa Rica has two seasons: The High Season also known as the "dry season" beings towards the end of November and runs through early May. The Green Season fluctuates annually; however, tends to being in late May and runs through November.

Not surprisingly, there is no simple answer to this question. The Snake River is best from mid to late August through September. October can also be very good depending on water conditions. The Green River fishes best from mid to late July through mid August. The New Fork River is best from late June through the first two weeks of July. Yellowstone and Lewis lakes are great in June and the first half of July. The Salt River is best from late July through August.

Really anytime of year is good for a hot air balloon flight; it's just that every season has it's own appeal. Summer is fun because everyone seems to be outside and there is more activity around the balloon at launch and landing. Fall has such brilliant colors as the leaves change and sometimes there's a nip in the air saying that winter is coming soon. Winter has crisp and clear skies that make you feel like you can see forever. You can easily see the wildlife through the empty branches.

IMHO, september through november. you're going to miss a ski season pretty much no matter which way you go. having it these months guarantees that you'll be ready for the next season. and since you can do almost anything else after 6 months, you're not going to miss out on fun stuff like hiking and biking during the next summer.
