Yes, it will be possible to import your Eudora address book(s) into Outlook Contacts and we will provide full instructions on how to do so on these Web pages. In the meantime, we hope you will take this opportunity to will provide information on how to do this for yourself, allowing you to tidy any outdated entries. It should also be possible to import address books into Outlook 2003 from e-mail packages other than Eudora.

Eudora can export your address box as CSV. Under the "File" menu, choose "Save as".In the next window, select "CSV Files(*.csv)" which is the last item. In DynamicMailer,To create a mailing list file just click the "Edit" menu, and then click "New Email List..." .The first select "Eudora.txt" and you should do then is give the Mailing List a name, This name must be unique .The Second , you should do then is give the Mailing List field name.

Eudora does not allow any export of Address Book. Using Outlook Express, import the address book from Eudora into Outlook Express. And then, using cBizOne, import the contacts directly from Outlook Express into cBizOne.

The address book of Eudora is contained in a file called "nndbase.txt". In Windows, click Start => Search => Files to locate the text file and double click to open it. Then print it.

Move only the actual mailfiles. Do not worry about the .mbx files. Eudora will rebuild them automatically. The only problem you might run into is the differences between PC's and Macs in regards to soft and hard returns. You will have to convert the DOS text to Mac text. It is important, however, to remember to compact mailboxes before moving your mailboxes, otherwise deleted messages will show up on the PC side. You'll want to give the transferred DOS files the extension ".mbx", which you can do manually once the files are on the PC.

I have a "Nicknames" file of all the current Harding email address that can be used to "replace" the "Nicknames" file in your current Address Book. They cannot be just added to your list but will "replace" your current list. Some e-mail programs, like Eudora, allow you to create an address book entry with multiple addresses. In order for the GroupWise address book to be sorted by last name, the last name column should be the first one that appears in the address book. If you are not confident in the use of the file manager then just use Backup Cabinet to Disc to copy all your files to a blank floppy disc - included in these will be the address book and diary. Later use Restore Cabinet from Disc to read them back again if you need to return to the saved copies for some reason.
