To find a primary care provider (PCP), specialist or other participating provider, you should contact the BC Life & Health Customer Care Center (CCC) at (800) 670-6133. You may also check the Blue Cross Life & Health website using the provider finder. When you call the CCC, they will advice you which PCP's are available in your geographic area and how to get connected with the care you need.
