You can only customize your "joystick left" shortcut. You do that by changing the first entry in your "My Shortcuts" list on the phone. Here is some more info. First time you should charge the phone for 4 hours (stated in the manual). Read this thread for more info.

You cannot do it in uae options or the gui, but you can change them in the source code in the keybuf.c file. Look for the T/F/H/B/Alt settings.

The calibration process changed in version 1.1.01 of RCFS 2001. In this version, the calibration process is handled within the RCFS 2001 program. The alias command creates command aliases. Type alias shortstring="longcommandstring", substituting your own commands for shortstring and longcommandstring. The quotes around longcommandstring are necessary it the string contains spaces. You can put the alias commands into your login profile (see the next question).

Creating too many shortcuts, especially on the desktop, defeats their purpose, which is to make them easy to find. Also, desktop shortcuts are accessible only when they are visible ? in other words not hidden behind windows. Shortcuts to your favorite emoticons can be easily created to send your buddies. Simply place the cursor on any emoticon and click on the "EDIT" text which appears on the top of each icon. Clicking it will show an edit box where you can type the shortcut text you'd like, and after pressing "OK", you'll be able to select that emoticon by simply typing the shortcut text in the chat box. Note, shortcuts is available only for icons at this point.

You can quickly access your frequently used folders by adding them to Shortcuts list. This feature is more helpful when you have a large directory structure and the folders are under this structure. Please note that you can add only the folders to Shortcuts and not files.
