BRAG does not guarantee the safety of your baggage, bicycle, or other equipment. Thefts of baggage are rare. The usual culprit is someone who mistakenly picks up a bag thinking it is his or hers. Your bags should be distinctively painted or decorated with ribbons and your name so you can find them easily.

With a 4 passenger trip, each passenger is allowed 30 pounds of baggage. This includes all purses, bags or items considered carry-on. Excess baggage is subject to a fee of $1.00 US per pound and will be transported on space available basis only. Kennels, Surf Boards, Golf Clubs, Scuba Diving Gear, Fishing Polls, etc. are subjected to additional charge and will be transported point to point on space available basis only. Excess baggage requires advance notification.

Crossing the terminal from the "A" side to the "B" side (or vice versa) is most easily done on the Departures Level (Level 3) of the Main Terminal. If you have descended to the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level (Level 2), you may return to the Departures Level (Level 3) with your baggage then walk the 525 feet from the the "A" side to the "B" side (or vice versa).

Yes. Visitation is an important component of a youth's stay in detention and is encouraged and supported by detention staff. Parents, grandparents, and legal guardians are approved visitors. Others may only visit if so ordered by the court or specifically approved by the Superintendent or designee. A youth's assigned Juvenile Probation Officer should be contacted to approve both visitation list additions and special visitation arrangements.

Visitation is restricted to parents and guardians only. Special visits that involve other family members must be arranged with the youth's Probation Counselor. If unauthorized individuals come for visitation they will not be allowed to participate in a visitation.

Luggage should be kept to a minimum - 12 kg's / 26 pounds per person packed in a soft duffel bag (15 kg's per person on Explorer Series safaris). These unclaimed items originated from cargo received from various freight lines. Normally, all these products are new items which were lost while being shipped from distributors to wholesalers and retailers, or assemblers to manufacturers.
