All retake requests must be emailed to the designated customer handling team via the email address in the Terms and Conditions. The student must take the action to send an email to the specific email address listed in the Terms and Conditions. The designated customer handling team will receive the email requesting a retake within 5 business days of completing the course. Requests received outside the 5-business day window will be considered at Oracle University's discretion.

This depends upon the class. In general, groups and private training students may retake any one of the "sessions" without tuition charges within six months. (This does not apply to special promotional programs.) Some groups may want to repeat one of the modules that is of particular interest. However, some classes such as the Data Warehousing and Java courses cannot currently be retaken.

To request a course e-mail list, you must assigned as the official Instructor of Record, Course Roster Viewer or Subject Roster Viewer. Please check to ensure you have been assigned as the instructor for your class by visiting the Schedule of Classes and locating your class. If your name does not appear under the list of Instructors for that class, then you have not been made the Instructor of Record.

A test retake is a test that you are currently ordering but have previously completed. You either passed the test and the certification has expired or you did not pass your initial attempt and are retrying or you are trying to improve your score. The retake price is only charged if you have actually completed the test prior to this purchase.

Yes you can! Be sure to let us know of any classes that you are interested in. We keep a log of customer requests in our class sign up book, and if we have at least three people interested in a certain class, we will schedule that class. Or, if you have at least two friends that would like to take a class with you, we will schedule a class just for you!
