When you download the platform it is important that you open a demo account in the system. The system cannot connect if there is no account. If you did not fill the grey box that popped up when you installed the platform, just go to 'File' in the menu and choose 'Open an Account'. Fill the box that appears and remember to tick the box about news letters. We do offer the trailing stop feature. It is active on the demo platform, and for live accounts we activate it upon written request. The request form is available in the Downloads section or by clicking here. To activate the Trailing Stop on a position, go to 'Trade' in the 'Terminal' at the bottom of the platform, right-click and choose Trailing Stops. This error is caused by a setting in your FTP client, that limits the amount of time your FTP client will wait for a server to respond. In order to fix this problem, increase the "server timeout" setting; a setting of 180 seconds should be enough time to connect to the archive.org servers.
