When I run the installer, it seems to be installing some completely different package or doesn't run at all.

If you are using Timbuktu Pro to remotely logon to a machine that has Caps Lock enabled and your password has lower-case characters, you will need to hold down the shift key. This will allow you to type lower-case characters. In some cases users may not be able to enter keyboard information when trying to log into a remote Windows NT host. If the Vista machine enters the suspend mode our program can't neither wake it up from this mode nor display Host PC screen.
