The AchilloTrain support has a heel cushion built in to take pressure off the Achilles tendon. Every AchilloTrain product comes with an extra heel cushion for the unaffected foot. This is to keep one leg from being longer than the other which would cause a person to walk abnormally and create other biomechanical problems (back pain, joint pain, etc.).

In general, use small rings for thin, slippery fabrics or water slings. Use medium rings for shirt-weight fabrics. Use large rings for pants weight or winter weight fabrics, for very "grippy" fabrics and for 2 layer slings. Ring size does not depend on the height or weight of you or your baby.
