All confirmed hotel reservations will receive an email confirmation or customer order to the email address on file. Our reservations department will fax or email you your voucher that must be given to the client. All flights will receive an email confirmation from our flights department. *All reservations On Request will also receive a customer order email, but this does not mean the hotel is confirmed.
