If the player clears waivers, the compensation protection for lack of skill (see question number 90) will be reduced or eliminated; For example, the Celtics did this with Dino Radja prior to the 1997-98 season. They mutually agreed to reduce Radja's compensation protection to 50% of its value, and then the Celtics waived him. When he cleared waivers he was paid the 50% he was owed, and he was then free to return to Europe.

EF contracts are 12 months in Asia and 9 months in Eastern Europe and Russia. The China schools also offer short 2-month summer contracts to cover the busy period in June and July.

Address: please list an address for either bride/groom, but choose the address you will be located at up to the date of event (we have, in the past, been unable to reach clients because they move without notifying us). Most contracts are due back around three to four weeks after you receive your booking packet. If your contract deadline expires and you're still interested in booking us, then you'll have to submit a new booking request because your file is removed once your contract expires. The pricing on your contract is good until the contract's expiration date. This ensures fairness and protects the integrity of our business.
