The IE-35 PAL jacket is physically compatible with the Dell Axim X50 series and the Dell Axim X51 series. We recommend that X51v for a number of reasons. You must have a Dell Axim X50V or X51v that uses the Windows Mobile 2005 OS. The IE-35 software is not compatible with the WM 2003 OS.
