No. The court does not process motor vehicle violations unless a trial is requested. The ticket must be paid directly to the Division of Motor Vehicles, 10 Hazen Dr., Concord 03305-0002.

Parking tickets and civil ordinance violations can be paid by mail or in person at the police department. If you received a traffic citation (i.e. for speeding or failing to stop for a red light), the fine must be sent within twenty (20) days to the Violations Bureau. You may also request a trail using this method. The instructions are located on your ticket and envelope.

If you mail payment to this Municipal Court, payment should be made by check or money order. Cash will not be accepted by mail. Send payment to the mailing address above.
