Like the weather, there is certainly "plenty of it". Vermont has always had a reputation for being extremely independent. There is as much variety of thought and politics in Brattleboro as there are people. Liberals and conservatives alike and everything in between call Brattleboro home. Hot! Tropical, actually. Summer (when there is less rain) runs from April to November. December to March sees more heavy rains and the occasional storm and strong winds. The only other thing that takes some time to get used to are the few bites that you are likely to be given as a welcome ?hello? from the local mossies. These aren?t bad as the sea-breeze keeps the beach front area clear.

Honduras is quite hot and humid for the entire year. The national average high temperature is 90F, while the low is 68F. When traveling, you will find that the temperatures cool as your ascend to higher altitudes. On the Caribbean coast (where La Ceiba is located) it will be the rainy season from September to February. Lightweight clothing and rainwear is recommended as well as warmer clothing for the evenings (light jacket and/or light sweaters).

Almost ideal year-round, the climate is a moderate 72 degrees in the highlands, while the lowlands and coastal areas range from the low 70's to the high 90's. Evenings in San Jose are free of humid heat, and beaches are cooled by ocean breezes. Rainy season occurs from the end of May to November, with the heaviest rainfall in October.

Rossmoor is within the only Mediterranean climate area in all North America. In the foothills of the eastern side of the coast Range, summers are clear and warm with cool evenings. The average maximum daily temperature is 72 degrees with summers daytime temperatures in the middle 80's. Average rainfall is 20 inches and humidity is in the dry middle range. Sunshine is abundant.

New Zealand's seasons are the reverse of the Northern Hemisphere. This means that the warmest months are December, January and February, while the coldest are in June, July and August.
