There could be a problem with your ActiveX plug-in. You will need to delete the plug-in and re-install it. Close your browser and double click on my computer. This is related to the hardware you are using. You are probably using an older PCI-equipped Mac (PowerMac 9600 or earlier) with an analog video capture card. On such a configuration, every bit of computing power is required to capture the video stream due to the poor performance of the PCI-controller chips. Videodelic does a lot more than just capture the video stream and this interferes (in some cases) with the captures card's ability to capture a full-sized frame.
