I recommend that it be printed at a Kinko's (NL: Rotterdam, Amsterdam; UK: London, Reading) or at a photo shop (If you happen to be one of the 12,000 living in Zaltbommel, NL, Fotolux, located at Gamersestraat 18-20, can do this with no problem).
