This has made it more difficult to openly sell pirate cards (and related equipment) or distribute information about satellite hacking. There is only softcore channels on Sky Digital. Although some channels claim that their content gets harder "after encryption" you are unlikely to see anything stronger then you can legally buy or rent from your local video shop i.e.: Certificate 18. We have tested several drives with different programs. The problem occurs during the digital transfer from CD to hard disk. Yes, you need to ensure that the RGB output is enabled. Inside the "Services" menu of your Digibox. Go to option 4 - System Set-up. Then to 1 - Picture Settings. Ensure that Video Output is RGB, not PAL. Connect the fully wired SCART cable to the TV output. Do not press the "TV" button as this switches off the RGB output.

Sky only change the Sky Viewing Cards to improve the technical standard or once the existing ones have been hacked and pirated Sky Viewing Cards have become available. If that happens, you will receive your replacement card well in advance.
