To be eligible you must be a resident of Maryland, and at least 60 years old, or retired and disabled as defined by the Social Security or the Railroad Retirement Act. If you are currently a member of the Maryland National Guard and are enlisted for at least a 24 month peroid, you are eligible for a 50% tuition waiver.
