immersion program is a cultural experience! It is the opportunity to experience the culture of a country first-hand- to get to know the way of living of the local people. This is done by learning to speak the language, by experiencing some parts of the culture and by taking part in local festivals and events. The dual-immersion program is a Spanish language immersion program that began in the 2004-2005 school year with two classes in kindergarten and two classes in first grade.
