My plants just arrived. What should I do now?

You should unpack the plants, and remove any packing material. Place the plants in a shady spot, and water it thoroughly. They should perk up overnight if looking wilted. You can plant right away or let them catch their breath for 3-4 days, then plant them in the ground, again watering thoroughly. Plants can actually be maintained in their Bluestone pots/paks for several days, just keep them moist and in dappled light. Any questions, just give us a call.

I already own a Sky digibox - can you supply me with just a viewing card?

How long is such a Viewing Card valid for?

The Viewing Card will work for a minimum of 12 months (Sky contract) and for as long as you pay for it thereafter. It will not be swapped or replaced unless Sky is replacing for newer generation Viewing Cards or your card is damaged (does not happen when used properly).

What if Sky switches the Viewing Card Off?

If it happens, Sky will re-place it. If it is your fault due bad treatment of the card, Sky and/or we may charge you for that. You can demand a refund for unauthorized transaction that has been taken from your credit card. Simply inform your credit card company. Finally, we can not accept any other payment method.

Answer : Please check that it has been over 5 working days. For example if you sent your order on a Tuesday first class then it should arrive with us on a Wednesday and we aim to have it arrive at your door 5 working days later (which would be the following Tuesday). If 5 working days has passed then ask yourself whether you paid by cheque or not. If you pay by cheque it almost certainly won't arrive in 5 working days as it takes us that long for a cheque to clear.
