Yes. My puppies are given the intra-nasal vaccination for Bordetella Kennel Cough when they are 4 weeks old. At 6-8 weeks they are given their first combination vaccination (DHLP-Parvo-Corona). If still here, they will receive them again in 3 weeks. They are also wormed. Of course, their new owner will be expected to continue their vaccination schedule.

We recommend starting vaccinations at 8 weeks of age. We give them in a series 4 weeks apart so that your pet will have good immunity. A puppy would receive vaccinations at 8, 12, and 16 weeks and a kitten would receive them at 8 and 12 weeks. We give Rabies vaccinations at the time of your pets final booster unless you are planning a trip to the States. (Your pet then needs a Rabies vaccination at 12 weeks).

We have been advised by our Veterinarian that due to the evidence being uncovered regarding over vaccination, that the vaccination protocol being taught in the schools of Veterinary medicine will more than likely be changed to a recommendation of vaccination every 3 years. Please consult with your Vet prior to making these decisions. VERY IMPORTANT. We are in no way implying that you only need to take your dog to the Vet once every 3 years.

For overnight boarding, puppies must be at least 15 weeks old and have received at least two puppy (DHLPP) shots and a bordetella vaccination (rabies vaccinations are not required for young puppies).

Puppies must have three sets of shots (DHLPP + Corona) prior to visiting our shop. Puppies over four months should also have their first Rabies shot. The sooner you get your puppy used to being professionally groomed, the better. You can help prepare your puppy by regularly handling his feet, ears and looking inside his mouth. Basic obedience training will benefit everyone who comes into contact with your puppy.

Puppies should eat 3-4 meals per day. Make sure you feed them puppy food until they are 12 months old.
