You can't see the entire screen because your monitor's screen resolution needs to be changed to a higher setting, such as 800x600 or greater. Here's why: a higher resolution, everything onscreen (text, images, navigation buttons, etc.) is smaller, so more can fit on your display. But if the resolution is set too low, for example, at 640x480, all objects are displayed larger and not all items can fit on your screen.
