The arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 11am. You may email a request to arrive at 1pm or depart at 2pm. The fee is $25 for each arrival or departure change. Most requests are granted if made at least 24 hours in advance. If a request has not been made and you depart late, you may be charged for an additional night.

We strongly recommend that you allow for an acclimatization period prior to course commencement. Accommodation will be available at Yoga Oasis from 3 pm on June 4th at no additional cost. You should certainly arrange to arrive at Yoga Oasis no later than 5.00 pm on June 6th. Dinner will be served at 6pm on that day, followed immediately by a course introduction. Departure will be on the morning of June 30th. Breakfast will be provided.

If you have tickets in your possession you should check in at the airline counter no less than 60 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you have reservations, but do not have tickets in your possession, allow more time and check with your airline.

Generally hotel rooms will be available between approximately noon and 3 pm , and are to be vacated between 10 am and noon , irrespective of your arrival or departure times, unless we have stated otherwise. Should you wish your room to be ready prior to noon on your day of arrival or available after 10 am for an afternoon or evening departure, it is possible to reserve the room at the time booking at a cost no greater than the extra night price quoted on the brochure page. ^ back to top

Credit will not be given if you arrive late or depart early. If you are flying, please make sure your scheduled arrival and departure times allow for transit time.

Arrival is anytime after 4pm and departure is before 10am. You may be able to extend these times if there are no guests leaving/due at the time of your visit. Check with us before your departure and we will do our best to meet your individual needs.

The standard time for arrival day is after 4pm. The standard time for departure day is 11am. You can pay extra to have an early check-in/late check-out. Please email to confirm anything other than the standard times.

The cabin will be available to occupy at 3pm on the first day of your holiday. If you arrive at this time it is possible that the maid will be available to greet you and to show you around. When leaving you should be packed and departed by 11am.

People arrive on Friday after 5:30pm; Departures on Sunday are at 4pm (or Monday on Labor Day Weekend).

Lettings commence at 4.00 pm on the first day of your holiday (Saturday) and end at 10.00 am on the day of departure (Saturday). Fortunately, our keyholder lives close by but obviously she needs time to prepare the cottage for incoming guests. Full contact details for the keyholder will be provided with all confirmed bookings so that you can make any arrangements to gain access if you will be arriving later than 4.00pm.

Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time. Please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking vendor’s lot (NOT your flight departure and arrival times). For your parking departure time, please allow 30-45 minutes to retrieve your bags and return to the lot. Your total price will ultimately be based on the actual length of time you are parked.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your massage. If you are a new client you will need to fill out a case history form. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment. Unfortunately no matter how late you start, your treatment will end at the allotted time.

You must participate in the entire program. The optimal arrival time is between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 12th, please do not arrive any later than 5:00 p.m. Dinner is the first meal provided for students. This dinner will provide an opportunity to meet your leaders, teammates and other POST participants. Some participants choose to arrive early (due to travel requirements, etc.), but those individuals must provide their own accommodations and transportation to campus on Sunday.

There is a lockbox on the front of the office. You will be provided with the code. On arrival, you simply remove your welcome pack, directions and keys.

Due to the rigorous nature of the programs, students typically are not permitted to leave/arrive late/early. Students whose flight arrangements necessitate early arrival may arrive after 6 p.m. on Friday, June 29th, the evening before the official start of the program. If they make prior arrangements with the Student Affairs Office, they may stay in their assigned dorm room without additional charge for this night, but the meal plan does not begin until Saturday.

Campers are encouraged to arrive within 15 minutes of the camp start time so that everyone will have an opportunity to enjoy all of the day’s activities. It is especially important for campers to be on-time since we review the camp rules, make announcements and discuss the day’s activities at the start of the day. Campers who arrive at all different times throughout the morning may interrupt or delay activities.
