CREA has a line extension policy that specifies how the costs are paid for. Depending on the size and type of service the Co-op will pay for a portion of the total costs. The utility installs the cable from the alley transformer to the residence at no cost to the owner. The utility supplies the meter socket and meter. The utility works with the electrician to coordinate connection of power to the meter.

Teachers taking up contracts with EF English First will have their flights paid for them. Outbound flights are initially paid by the candidate and reimbursed at a point later in the contract.
