The airlines recommend that travelers arrive at least two hours prior to a domestic departure and three hours prior to an international departure.

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority recommends arriving two hours before a domestic departure, or three hours before an international departure (or a domestic departure connecting to an international flight at another U.S. airport), but please check directly with your airline for specific recommendations.

Due to security procedures, most airlines will not allow passengers to check in for a flight if there is less than 30 minutes to scheduled departure time. Arriving at least 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure allows for 60 minutes to proceed through screening and arrive at the gate 30 minutes before departure. Allow additional time for dining and shopping, if necessary.

A - A good guideline to follow is 3 hours prior to departure for an international flight and 1.5 hours prior to departure for a domestic flight. Keep in mind to always leave enough time for yourself to travel to the airport considering traffic and weather conditions. All airlines do reserve the right to deny your boarding if you arrive too late as they usually close the flight anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to flight time depending on the destination.

Customers traveling should remember to check in as early as possible for their flights. Baker Travel advises customers to arrive at the airport at least two hours before domestic flights and three hours before international flights. We are approximately 25 miles north of the SeaTac Airport. Our Admissions Team can assist you with selecting flights, dates and times.

It's generally best to give us at least a week (and up to 3 weeks during Spring & Fall) before you want to fly. But, if you have the urge to fly sooner, give us a call. We may just have an opening. Please remember that with only 2 possible flights a day, a weekend is quite short. Weekends do get booked up much earlier than weekdays. However, keep in mind that even if you get just the right date reserved, the weather may have different plans.

We recommend that you give us at least one week's advance notice if you have a specific date in mind. Simply call our office and our friendly staff will be happy to take your reservation by phone, and we are pleased to accept most major credit cards. Once your flight has been reserved, a complete information pack including a map to the launch site will be mailed to you along with important information that will enhance the enjoyment of your flight.

You can book a flight up to 365 days in advance, but not later than 72 hour before departure of a flight.

We recommend that you arrive at least 20 - 30 minutes early. This allows us to help you relax, get some information if you are a new client, and to get you changed and into your room on time. It also gives you some time to look around Scarlett's and to ask any questions you may have about your service.

A.You are advised to make flight reservations as soon as you receive confirmation from CFCA that your registration has been completed. Book well in advance, as fares increase closer to the departure date. This is especially important around Christmas, Easter and Spring Break. If you plan to use frequent flyer miles, you may need to make your air travel arrangements many months in advance. Frequent flyer reward seats are limited on each flight.

Scheduling can be done up to thirty minutes before takeoff depending on availability. Boomerang is an on-demand charter service with aircraft and crew on standby for your convenience, however, the further ahead your flight is scheduled, the higher the likelyhood the aircraft is available.

All volunteers must arrive at Kotoka International airport, in Accra . Global Crossroad and its staff will not be able to pick you up from a different location.

We suggest you arrive well enough in advance so you have time to park your car, purchase your tickets, and board the ferry. Boarding begins as early as 1 full hour prior to departure time.

Bradley is about 40 minutes from New Haven / East Haven so we wouldn't recommend a taxi drive - renting a car at the airport would be recommended.
